goto your account settings
go under security and click manage certificates.
find the cert in question under the website tab & delete it.. then accept the new one if prompted

do you mean tools-->option-->advanced-->certificates-->manage certificates?

if so, there are no certificates there.

suddenly it is working again.
Norton cleansweep ran and cleared out a fair bit of stuff.
It works now :)

thanks for your time

I have this issue too, but no solution. What I tried:

- delete cert8.db
- delete complete profile
- uninstall and reinstall firefox
- delete all certificate

nothing works. But if I use IE I only was asked if I want to accept the certificate and when I accept verything is working.

uimmisch, Why are you dragging up a 4 year old thread?

Why have you dragged up a topic from 2004? Start a new topic. You'll be more likely to get help that way.
