The URL bar could do with being a bit bigger, so that the text is bigger and hence the black/grey domain highlighting is easier to read.

The url bar does not need to get bigger, but the text in it could be 1 or 2 points bigger url bar is big enough it is the text in the bar that is too small
i think the highlighting of text needs more contrast
+1 for 2 points bigger or maybe my eyes are getting old ![]() Anyone remember the bug/feat rq for text on mouseover in the Panorama interface? (speaking of too small to be useful text xD)
Well as for the size i like it exactly as it is, but i do agree the highlighted text should be more noticeable.
Plus don't you think all the text should turn black when you are editing the url or even when you hover the location bar?
I for one find the shades useful when editing as they give me a visual cue of what to edit when I just want to keep the domain. nightly build threads 20040225 (FF 0.8.0+) - 20120331 (FF14a)
