I'm seeing weird ununiformed ticks when scrolling. Not sure where that's coming from. Upside is that web page rendering seems snappier.

So far, not this issue for me--and I have lots of add-ons to boot including FWIW Session Mgr.

Are you 2 seeing this with and/or without enabled add-ons?

For those who are using Windows 7 and has the taskbar tabs preview option set, does the font rendering in the tabs + URL bar look worse? I noticed that after the fixed the loading cursor preview bug in today's build.

Just to be clear, it is not "what do you expect". It is isolating it to the the root cause. (Is it an issue in the browser or an interaction with something the user has done--preference choices, hardware, installed add-ons, etc.)

For example, we just had an issue with the landing of azure. It led to Win7 taskbar (tab) previews not displaying as expected. Once the issue was isolated and confirmed, a bug was filed, a patch written, reviewed, and landed and now we again have taskbar (tab) previews with azure enabled.

Can you provide an example? Things look fine to my old eyes. 8-[

As I have said, I have not seen the issue. For you, Terepin and anyone else having the issue, it might be worthwhile to try running with a new, no add-on profile and see if the issue occurs with it.

I swear the peek version looks like how the text was rendered prior to the D2D fixes that were made during the Firefox 4 beta cycle, but I'm not sure since it's been a while since then.
