Unified Storage: Calendar, Sunbird

I've been testing out Calendar and Sunbird for possible deployment within our company. I've already switched 95% of our employees from Outlook (Express) et. al. and I'm looking to bring them a calendaring ability. Shared calendars with WebDAV looks promising too.

One thing I would like added though is for Sunbird and the FF and TB plugins to all use the same preferences and storage for local calendars. As the default installation it appears all three use seperate storage. Is there even a way to make them use the same local storage and preferences?
