The final, unreleased builds of Firefox 8, which have yet to be load balanced across all of Mozilla's file servers, which every tech "news" site everywhere mentioned over the weekend as an "early release" of Firefox 8.

Although it appears they have been signed off by QA, so unless some critical bug is coincidentally found in the next 18 hours or so, they will be final...
I never quite understand why people are in a hurry to get "final" builds early. If people want stuff early, they could just get any beta build along the way. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/ currently links to the officially released and properly mirrored Firefox 8 beta 6, which is basically identical to the release build and was available last week, and similar earlier betas have been there for 5 weeks...
