Why is "network.http.spdy.enabled" set to false?

I thought after landing of Bug 708415 - Review SPDY protocol patches ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=708415 ), it will be enabled by default.

We're on track to enable SPDY by default, at least for a week, when Firefox 13 development starts.

Mine is set to true ("user set") but I never changed it myself.
