Just wondering because I can still scroll pages when I have it enabled.

Not sure what you guys are smoking, but I want some as well. Internet Explorer 8 Javascript is clearly faster than Firefox 3+, and I want to have it even slower.
I was thinking of trying Google Chrome, but I've read that one's even faster. So, it seems I'm out of luck.
