I'm guessing those are CSS animations? Then yes, that is a known problem.

I am facing two issues currently with Nightly.
1. Does anyone getting missing plugin message on Hotmail with today's nightly (means 10-8-12)?
2. I am getting severe delayed shutdown times, it takes about minute to disappear from my Task Manager. Only two Addons, "Adblock Plus Development Build and Element Hiding Helper".
