Make sure you have the latest version of Flash from Adobe -- http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplay ... tion3.html

What version are they actually asking for? (ie minimum version)

Can you give a specific URL where it's not working?

http://www.intellicast.com/National/Rad ... imate=true , for instance, seems to work fine and I don't even have Flash installed.

That's just an animated GIF. The "Interactive Map" is Flash. Not sure why though... almost all online map services us JS to load layers of image tiles.
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

Mmm, there it is. All I get on one of those pages is the standard "You don't have Flash installed" warning, but no specific version request.

What that says to me is that I'm quite justified in using the National Weather Service as my primary radar provider and in continuing to ignore Intellicast. :-p In other words, you might want to start looking for a new weather site if Intellicast can't get their act together.

They must be doing UA sniffing or something. It works fine in Firefox.
