That is why they fixed the bug, the folder just kept growing

Why renaming it to thumbnails-old instead of deleting? Leaving 1-2 or even more gigs of unused thumbs behind doesn't seem to be a good move for me.
Sorry for my bad English. Even if there wasn't a mistake.

Because of starting performance issues. See comment 55 and 69 on Bug 754671. They redirects to Bug 784868.

Just closing Nightly without a warn....'

WFM - just tried closing 2 tabs, got the warning. Extension issue, possibly?"

Nope, is a Bug 709579 that forgotten.
Just using "Show my windows and tabs from last time", and it will not warn when quit.

I have "Show my windows and tabs from last time" set, can't invoke this problem no matter what I do. I thought that bug was long since fixed, but it's still marked "New", so I guess not. Looks like some other factor's involved, though, the STR don't reproduce it for me. I'd guess it doesn't affect XP x86, but that's what the original reporter of the bug was running.

See if it still happens with addons disabled.
Win 10 Pro x64, AMD Ryzen 5 5600G 6 core, 3900 MHz (4450 Turbo), AMD Radeon Vega (integrated graphics). 16GB DDR4-3200, Firefox 125.0.2, Developer Edition 126.0b5, Nightly 127.0a1.

But I can reproduce it with a new profile...

Edit:And I also found that, when I install/download a add-on, it showing the wrong speed, it jumping between 100-200kb/s and changing in 0.1ms, after 4-5 seconds, it showing the speed is nearly GB/s!!! ](*,)
But the real speed is just nearly 100kb/s.

mikedl,

From a previous post:

On a side note, the new prefs: browser.newtabpage.rows and browser.newtabpage.columns landed today. Good stuff!

Gonna have to work on why I have so many blank images ... still, I like it!

How do you activate this feature? I set browser.newtabpage.enabled - true
I also guessed at these properties browser.nettabpage.rows/columns of 3 and 5 respectively.

Does not work.
I often take a long windy road to my destination. Upon arrival, I wonder how I missed the shortcut.

What is the problem? Is the new tab page not showing at all? Do you have "browser.newtab.url" set to "about:newtab" ?
