They changed the behavior of "Show all downloads" to open up the old download manager for now, as the library view still needs a lot of work.

Also, the downloads panel button is now always visible, and if you remove it from the (any?) toolbar, the feature reverts to the download window entirely.

This is so weird, the downloaded entries are still huge, the buttons are still tiny and they made the progress bar shorter and fatter.
I also don't understand why it's blue instead of green.
