The source code will get migrated already today. And the first new Aurora 17 build will probably come tomorrow (or Wednesday).

And as updates on Aurora channel will be off until Friday, updating to Aurora 17 before Friday will require a manual download of the build. (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/WeeklyUpdates/ ... ox_Desktop )

@James
Do you have a link to the "why's" that they always disable Aurora updates near a merge.
Just curious of the official reasoning.

I have nothing official to do with Mozilla, but here's my thought on why it is appropriate: Aurora is supposed to be higher quality then Nightly, fewer bugs and smaller changes. If you just dump Nightly to Aurora the quality of the first Aurora release of each cycle will be the quality of Nightly, with the latest regressions and code that's only been on Nightly for a day. To keep the quality of Aurora up (and keep users from dumping the channel) you need to let it sit for a few days, and incorporate fixes for the newest features and regressions, before you send the Nightly code to the Aurora channel.

Anyone seeing the following two alerts, over and over?
evalInSandbox:SyntaxError: syntax error
Error: syntax error

I'm seeing those messages across many sites this evening, more of them when I have more tabs open. Not all sites give them, but many do. (One site that doesn't cause the error is forums.mozillazine.org.)

I suspect it extension-related since it hasn't happened with a new profile I just created, but it's caused by Firefox since the problem started this evening and no extensions were updated today. (The most recent extension to update was Greasemonkey, and that was two days ago. Just to be sure I tested with Greasemonkey disabled and still saw the error.)

Does anyone by chance happen to use both Scriptish (nightly) + Social Fixer?

Seems the recent Nightlies / hourlies have broken its compatibilities.

Latest version I know that works is:
http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/d2b3cdaa149b

Anything after that seems to have broken it.
