Why userChrome.js doesn't work every time I restart TB?

My userChrome.js is working, I'm using the userChromeJS extension. But there's one problem... I have to keep disabling the add-on, restart TB, enable the add-on, restart TB every single time I do a change to userChrome.js.

This is a pain... If I do a change and simply restart TB, it doesn't seem to pick up the changes, it uses the old file for some reason... How can I work around this and ease the development of my tweaks?

Try starting thunderbird.exe with the -purgecaches command line option.
