Firefox CSS Redraw Issue

I just unearthed a CSS redraw issue within FireFox 1.0. Check it out at http://weblogs.asp.net/mhawley/archive/ ... 72299.aspx

Anyone have any suggestions? Where can I post this to be a bug to check out?

Sample code -- preferrably in the form of a simplified test case -- would probably help others identify the pertinent bug in Bugzilla or figure out a workaround.

Assuming it hasn't been reported yet, Bugzilla is where you'll want to post it.

Well, unfortunately, I can't get the extracted code to repro it, however on the webpage, it does it constantly...err

A copy of the webpage with any sensitive information removed would work fine as a start, I'm sure.
