Only on Firefox (always latest version) I get issues when watching/browsing youtube.com with Flash player, Browser just freezes for 20seconds and then acts slowly.
I have new computer with fast SSD and intel i5 2500 processor with win7 and 16GB ram, so computer can't be the problem.

Lots of Flash issues of late... and, I'm not sure that Adobe has fixed them all yet...there's a ton of info in this doc.

Unfortunately Flash is minor issue, HTML5 and its 'co-workers' (JavaScript,CSS3) are even worse, they take 60-80% of my CPU when I try to see such content not to mention play html5 games - disaster.

Have you disabled Hardware Acceleration in Firefox? Do that using menu path Tools->Options->Advanced->General->Browsing.

Games are always hard on your CPU and memory. Of everything that home computers do, gaming is easily the hardest hitting. This is why people who are serious about gaming are often overclocking their CPU's and getting huge GPU's and tons of RAM. It's par for the course.
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.
