Definitely.

edit:
when you will be filling a bug, post also your graphic info from about:support
and see if it happens with HW Acc disabled or with only Azure disabled

Well, this is interesting. It seems that background image is bleeding through the actual page content. Issue with layers, perhaps?

I just did a driver update through Windows Update, and I can't reproduce this anymore using the given test page.

Thanks everybody!
For time being the patch that was causing this issue was backed out.
If dev team will have more time, they will write proper patch or just NVIDIA will fixed their driver faster, so it won't be needed.
