Question about inserting css

Post by NoPropsNeeded »

I got tired of seeing the outlines of ads (and sometimes Camino redirecting me to popups) so I decided to use a .css file. However, when I went to follow the instructions used at floppymoose,

home:Library:Application Support:Camino:chrome:
Camino isn't listed under the application support folders I have. Are the instructions therehttp://www.floppymoose.com/ outdated?

Are you actually in your ~/Library/Application Support folder?

I'd assume so? Here's what I do, double click mac hd:library: application support:

Or did I need to go into terminal and type that in? I'll try that and see if I get anywhere.

EDIT: tried terminal way, and I couldn't figure out how to enter that correctly. :-k

In that case you are in the wrong folder…

Open a Finder window, hold down the option key and select the 'Library' item in the Go menu. Then access the Application Support folder and find the Chrome folder in the Camino folder.

(the user Library folder is hidden by default on Lion and Mountain Lion)
