Not sure if this is my setup or not, but I just reinstalled 1.6.pre4 and while it appears to work normally (w/ 20.0.1), one odd quirk is that the mouse scroll button doesn't scroll the tab bar and as I'm typing this msg, Ctrl-Left (or Ctrl-Right)jumps focus to an adjacent tab. Needless to say, this is totally unacceptable behavior and is why I'm probably going to uninstall this until the official release expected around the weekend.

I turned off Mouse:Mouse Hover-Tab Preview and scrolling the Tab Bar came back, but Ctrl-Left/Right still malfunction by moving focus. As review the default key mappings on the extension's about page, it seems that Ctrl+Left/Right has always been part of the extension. I "thought" it was Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right previously. This is the desired behavior as Ctrl+Left/Right interferes w/ a fundamental+essential feature of Windows' std text edit control.

Can't function w/o Ctrl+Left/Right (eg. it's difficult to edit this msg w/o Ctrl+Left/Right), so I gotta uninstall this extension if I can't reconfigure somehow. Later....

Great feature! Is there a way to "protect" a tab so it won't be automatically closed, though?

Are the BarTab forks compatible with this extension? It seems that Piro's Suspend Tab doesn't work or am I imagining this? Has anyone tried to use Suspend Tab with this extension and how did it go? Thanks in advance. Is anyone experiencing any incompatibilities with Tree Style Tabs?

In Tab Utilities 1.6pre4 on Firefox 20.0.1, settings for tab focus when closing tab don't work. I want the left tab from current to be focused when closing current tab, I have selected left tab in settings and even cleared the check box near related tabs, but still the right tab is focused. The same problem with Tab Utilities 1.2 on PaleMoon 15.4.1.

Just mentioning it once for the current version is fine, he's not going to fix up version 1.2 especially for some ancient version of Firefox/PaleMoon.
Anyway, I have no issue here, it works perfectly with left and right for me, I'm fairly certain I had no issue with Tete's Firefox 20, I certainly don't with his 21 build, you should try a fresh profile.

Installed Firefox Aurora 23 to try it and multi-row tabs and fixed tab width is not working. Also, all three Appearance->Buttons->Hide... options are not working as all three Force all... items appear in status bar as Text when they are supposed to be hidden.

The problem appears to have been introduced in Firefox 22 as the same problems exist with that version, but Firefox 21 works fine.

@ithinc, just want to make sure you are aware of this: Tab Utilities (and many more add-ons) may break with Firefox 25

Please, update stable mozilla-reviewed version! I know about development version pre4, but user should install default (stable) mozilla-reviewed version. Please, do it as soon as you can.

Could always use Tab Mix Plus, the developer seems to have half given up on this addon. There's been a serious lack of updates.
