Everything may not apply, but, Toolbar customization.
Otherwise you may be able to use CSS to modify particular objects.
Fire 750, bring back 250.

I have see your link and tried to customize toolbar as per explanation but I did not found toolbar customization in seamonkey 2.17.1. I did not want to use some extra plugins for it. because I want to make my own builds of seamonkey as per my requirement.

As per your suggestion I have decide to change CSS file, but i did not found any CSS in seamonkey extract folder. so please tell me where the CSS file ?

Text in title bar is retrieved from the webpage.

To add or remove any toolbar . Press Alt+V ==> Show/Hide==>Select/Unselect Toolbar.

Some toolbar items can be added or removed by ==>right click on SeaMonkey icon==>Customise==>Drag & Drop icons onto toolbar or remove items.

Did you give a "name" for new toolbar?
Did you add any elements/items to it? If you don't SeaMonkey may remove it.
Can you find it listed under Alt+v ==>Show/Hide ?
Drag and drop works on 2.17 for me . You can drag only when you right click on SeaMonkey icon to the right and click customise

The Chrome Ztruker is referring to has no relation to the completely separate Google Chrome web browser. The word Chrome has been in used by Mozilla for several years before Google Chrome even existed. ex: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Chrome https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/doc ... Chrome_URL

Your Profile is not in the SeaMonkey program folder as that is the template.

What operating system are you using? For Vista, Win 7 or 8 the user profiles are here:

C:\Users\<youraccountname>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\SeaMonkey\Profiles
