this fixed in 1.16

I don't know if this is due to the update to FF 27 or the update to S3 1.16 but there is a conflict here somewhere.

OK. dev version works
One more feature request: because Download Status Image is discompatibled also, I would appreciate a configurable statusbar infos (overall speed, ETAs etc.)
The infos on download bars are too small to read (or bigger won't fit the download bar)

I wish I had details to give.

It updated to Firefox 27.0 yesterday early morning (probably around 2am). Didn't seem to have any issues. It auto updated the S3 Download Statusbar sometime during the evening. Since then Firefox has been crashing.

It seems to occasionally crash randomly playing Youtube videos (really odd). But it crashed repeatedly downloading a World of Warcraft addon (Deadly Boss Mods) which was repeatable. Every time I tried to download it, it would download and then Firefox would immediately crash.

Disabling S3.Download Statusbar and then downloading the same file resulted in causing Firefox to not crash upon the download.

Downloaded the file using this link: http://dev.deadlybossmods.com/download.php?id=6

I was wondering if it's possible to separate FF's browsing history from download history through this or any add-on? Or is that what the new Downloads Library is meant to accomplish?

I tend to keep my browsing history turned-off since all I need is the AwesomeBar/Bookmarks and "Recently Closed Tabs/Windows" option. I'm just curious if it's possible (within reason ofc) to add that kind of setting to this add-on?

Thanks :)

I have never liked browsing history and download history combined.
I have no need for download history, but use browsing history. Yet the only way to turn off download history is by turning all history off.

It used to be separated years ago. I have no idea why it was combined.

Download history has a seperate catagory section in the Library. It is fairly easy to select all of it and delete from there.

*Sorry it took me a while to reply*

Mozilla combined Browsing history (a record of every webpage you have seen) and Download history (a list of your downloads) a few versions ago. Every time you shut off Firefox's history from "Options" it now shuts off the history of both (Browsing history and Download history alike).

The original Download Satusbar relied on the old Downloads Library and it's history (which was still separate from browsing history) through an about:config preference, until FF 26.0 effectively killed that option and took the add-on with it.

What I am asking is if it's possible -within reason- to effectively make the Downloads history separate from Browsing history again. Doing so means I can permanently disable my browsing history while keeping a history of my downloads intact, and the reverse approach for those who only want to keep their browsing history instead.

I updated today to version 2.01 and there's a bug with hints on over, if more concurrent downloads, the bubble switches content between more active downloads regardless on which band the cursor is held. Can this be fixed?
And I still would appreciate the status bar text infos: Image

HI.
BUG raport
I'm using latest S3.Download Statusbar and Minimize Addon-Bar 0.3.
Old (by C.J.) Download Statusbar works fine with Minimize Addon-Bar - AddonBar on right, Download Statusbar on left.
But S3.Download Statusbar is also on right :( sa they collide.
Can You fix it to be on left side of the FF window?
