mozilla did compatible any chatbox

i am using a chatwing chatbox in my website , also i used a mozilla browser i have some problem encounter in my chatbox some feature not work properly when i try other browser it works, is this for mozilla problem or to my chatbox they are not compatible to mozilla, i forgot what version of ff i used,, i don't know how to check the verion of my mozilla any suggestion how?

Use menu path Help->About... to see which version of the browser you are using.
