I have a problem with Thunderbird 30.0a2. Sometimes it starts with empty folder pane. Than I restart it and than it mostly starts normal. Sometimes I also need to restart it several times to get my accounts in the folder pane back. This is with en-US, as well with localized versions. Anyone else seeing this?
Removing all my extensions and safe-mode does not help.

I've found what the problem was. It's Bug 976183. So, nothing that should be a problem for the official build.

edit: I figured this out - I forgot that I'd installed 64 bit Daily, unlike before. 32 bit Daily works fine with Enigmail
Did the compatibility checking override stop working? I'm trying to reinstall enigmail and I see both messages on the screen at once:
In red, at the top of the add-ons tab:
"Enigmail could not b einstalled because it is not compatible with Daily 32.0a1"
and in yellow, above my add on list:
"Add-on compatibiltiy checking is disabled. You may have incompatible add-ons. Enable"

It seems like two contradictory messages to me.

I reinstalled daily after some changes to my windows PC (including moving my profile directory into place from previous location / differnet windows PC into my %APPDATA% dir ) so this may be something I did ... but I thought I'd ask if anyone else was having weird issues in Daily.

I tried hacking the install.rdf, which has maxVersion 24, right now (I'd been running all the intervening versions 25-31 at some point without issues), to say 99, and that didn't help, which seems quite odd to me.
I've been using Daily a long time and haven't had add-on compatibility problems in probably 2 or 3 years, so forgive me if my workarounds are not current (it used to be a real cat & mouse game)

Well, the bustage from # 1006498 is resolved, but we have the next one already with # 1010140 (whatever libffi does). So, trunk remains closed...

Wikipedia says: "libffi is used in the js-ctypes library (previously known as ctypes.jsm) to call C functions within JavaScript code (available in XULRunner applications, Firefox extensions etc).
So, seems important.
