keeping selected windows open on startup

Post by brill28 »

I would like to have the option of a menu that I can write (add or delete) that when I start my computer they will automatically be on my screen.

Moving to MozillaZine Tech as this has nothing to do with Mozilla.

What is it, exactly, that you want to do? Is it simply to have that blog open when you start Windows? If that is the case you can add Firefox to the Windows startup list and set that URL as your home page in Firefox.

Like Dan suggested the startup folder in the start menue.
Rather than setting the URL as homepage I would create a bookmark for e.g. salisburydecorators.com/blog/ . Then copy this bookmark and paste it as a short cut onto the desktop. Open the Startup folder in All Programs [right click explore all users] and drag the short cut from the desktop to that folder. With this procedure it is possible to open multiple windows in FF on windows start.
