Funny story, my RHD (resident housing director) stopped me in the hall earlier to ask if I'd experienced worse connectivity in the last two weeks since they made some changes. I should have referred him to the thread that covers the week I wasn't able to actually load bugzilla ](*,)

More on topic, this bug has been driving me nuts for years: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=874282

Can anyone replicate on Windows 10? The PaddedBorderWidth is depreciated (not really, but functionally for manually setting it) but my VM won't let me Shift-Win between virtual monitors to test it.

Why the re-spin?

It does stall, but on my setup it only lasts for about 5 seconds or so.

2) Rapidly cntl-click the gifs.

I've been seeing a significant amount of graphics glitches lately. Anyone know which bug this falls under?

I've seen a few glitches lately too. Could be an OMTC problem as it usually seems to be.
