Would it be possible to return to the local folder storage? It has never worked properly for me since you've changed it. It is also seems to be much slower. For instance, when i first start Fx, it appears to be taking time to display flags (in the menu that pops up. I can see bulgarian and american flags there. Then some others show up slowly). Is it 'cause of your server maybe? Or - since it contacts your page - an AV/host file/whatever else scan issue?
EDIT: uninstalled, cleaned out about:config, reinstalled 7.1 - seemed fine. Installed 9.0 from the Add-ons site - lost flags again! No errors in console.
And, one more thing:
