In the past Session Manager would save multiple windows when closed. Within the last few days it has stopped doing this. Now, when I start it, the most recent backup available is just one of the most recent session's windows. I think this coincides with updating Firefox to 35.0.
Is there some setting I can change to cause it to save multiple windows when closing? I'm using Session Manager 0.8.1.6 which I assume must be the latest.
Session Manager no longer saves multiple windows when closed

Never mind. This was just me being stupid. You have to use "Exit" from the "File" menu in order for the entire session (all windows) to be saved. For some reason I got into the habit of closing the windows one after another by using the red 'X'. Doing it properly fixes it.
