Well, technically it's not the amount, but rather the time spent in those CPOWs (as said in the previous thread the threshold is 1% Usage per 120s = 1.2s CPOW-time in 120s).
At least now I know why I didn't switch to uBlock. I'd imagine an Add-On-Developer who writes a new Add-On would write modern asynchronous code and not use a "migration aid"[1] that has serious limitations and can cause performance problems.
