I need to reactivate my account.

It is still active. Are you getting an "ip blocked" issue or are you trapped in a "to many log in attempts" loop?

When I try to reset my password it tells me the username/password combination can't be found.

Do you still have access to the gmail account you used to register? If so, just click on "Forgot My password" link on the log in page.

Your account has been manually deactivated and is only able to be reactivated by an administrator.
