I cannot login anymore. I am a long time user of mozillazine, but recently I cannot login anymore.
The error message that I get is:
"You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below."

Typing in a correct Captcha and pressing 'Login' wil get me the same screen.
There is no way to get out of this loop...

I have cleared cookies, reset password, etc, but still not able to login.
This is very frustrating.

Can you please help me?

Hi, I've searched but could not find your name in any of the "bad" lists.
I re-activated the account so...
try logging in again.

I have reactivated, and tried to login, but still I get the 'exceeded the maximum allowed number' message.
It seems that there is a login counter that should be reset.

There are also two password changes on 17th and 18th recorded.
I can not find anything in the user settings.

I see that you've created a new account but do not know why the old one is stuffed.

If you changed your password and forgot it, it will do this every time. Let me know if we need to reset it.

Yes, I changed the password multiple times, and add a failed login too many, so now it wants to confirm a login by an additional 'Captcha' words (which most of times are too unreadable or uses accented characters that I don't know how to type them).
