So tell us, what version of Flash are you running?
Is your blocklist.xml current?
(Do a search in there for "18.0.0.203".)

Adobe Flash Player Extended Support Release version 11.2.202.481 and earlier 11.x versions for Linux

However there is no update for Linux yet from Adobe.

Interesting... my blocklist is from the 12th so it isn't blocked yet. My update interval is set at 1 day, so it should have updated by now.

i rather like the fact that its Disabled by default, stops Video's playing instantly but it also affects small Vids people post on Twitter also, so thats handy
iv'e never really understood adobe by going to number after another when they make a new flash version, why adobe just dont do what there doing with Linux Flash Player an thats just adding Patches to an existing Flashplayer

Adobe does have a Flash Player 13.0 ESR version if you scroll further down https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html for Windows and Mac OSX.

never noticed that before, but given that they do havbe a ESR, why continue with the newer versions 17, 18 , 19 an so on , adobe need to get there act together an just support the one an thats the ESR one with patches
