It stops some of them from going too far and this guy seems about to explode.
Edit:My bet is he has installed an old version of AVAST

Please re-open. That is the forum for 'Addon' Devs, they being the guys directly affected by this and there's a big (technical) difference in how the subject would be discussed there, compared with in Builds or General where it will be discussed from a general users point of view. Different.

Moved the one in General to Ext/Themes Releases and left a shadow in General.
