I have noticed this about a month ago, and could not find any reference to this behavior in bugzilla, but I thought I should ask here before reporting it.
When opening some websites - www.youtube.com for example - the favicon is huge, regardless of the toolbar configuration.
In a few sites, like https://www.baidu.com/, the icon takes basically all the screen!
I know for sure that this happened with 2.35, and I believe that it also happened in the previous release.
Has anyone else seen this behavior too?
Favicon size is not adjusted to the toolbar size

Do you have set default classic or modern theme? Maybe another theme (a little bit outdated)? Some picture with example?
