what change need to do increase page loading speed?

Post by chiranjit »

I find Mozilla is one of the fastest browsers among the web browsers. This time, I am using the latest build of Firefox (i.e., 44.0.2) to browse web pages.
I have my own website, called http: sharetrick.com. When I was browsing this site from google chrome, it takes less time, Firefox even the previous versFirefox takes less time to loading. But now, this time, it takes longer than another browser.

so what change have to do for improving my page loading speed? Can anybody help in that case?
:( :(

Moving to Firefox Support...

Try running in Firefox "Safe Mode".
> http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode
or... Help > Re-start with Addons disabled or hold down your Shift key as you click the Firefox short cut..
Do not check any boxes.
This is a fault finding mode.
NB: Be careful of the "Delete all bookmarks except for back-ups" option.

Don't add any extensions or themes until it's working O.K.
If Firefox is O.K. in Safe Mode then it's possibly an extension/theme...etc causing it.
Run Firefox in normal mode & disable them all. Re-start Firefox.
Enable each in turn, or by ½'s, re-starting Firefox each time, till the faulty extension is found.
Either update or un-install it.

See this incomplete list,
> http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions

When in Safe Mode...
* The status of plug-ins is not affected.
* Custom preferences are not affected.
* All extensions are disabled.
* The default theme is used, without a persona.
* userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored.
* The JIT/Javascript compiler is disabled.
* The default toolbar layout is used.
* Hardware acceleration is disabled.

(Always choose the "Custom" Install.)

i didn't notice any problems with loading the "sharetrick.com" webpage.. it seemed to load pretty quickly, for me..

usually, for me, if a webpage seems to be slow to load, it is because the webpage is trying to load some content that, for one reason or another, isn't loading, so the loading of the webpage seems to hang (while it is trying to load the content that isn't loading)..

incidentally, my experience is that firefox 44.x seems to be noticeably faster at loading webpages than previous versions of firefox..

You say it's slower for you in Firefox... so, what times are we talking about here...

I went to your site with two diff. profiles and it took less that 2 seconds to load in either profile.

...also... these steps help out with issues like yours...
From a prior post from Dan Raisch (with minor changes) ...

(If using a version below Firefox 3.5.) Clear the browser cache (Tools->Clear Recent History->select cache->click on "Clear Now" button).

Else... use menu path Tools->Options->Advanced->Network tab->click on "Clear Now" button.)

Delete any cookies relating to the site(s) involved (Tools->Options->Privacy->Show Cookies button).
Note: The above is for Windows so if you're using a different OS refer to this...

The Network Monitor shows that the page takes about 8 seconds to fully load.
That is the same in Firefox and in Google Chrome.

You can check the progress in the Network Monitor to see if you can find out what is causing the delay for you.

That time is weird... like I mentioned I got the whole page in less than 2 seconds and I'm not using a very strong system... nor a real fast line.

well I understand, my problem fixed guys previous day. now my site ShareTrick works fine. and slower speed happens because of my CDN setup "browser integrity checkup."
Now it's fixed.
thanks a lot for support. and for quick reply.
