HTML5 Video Context Menu Missing in Full Screen

HTML5 Video Context Menu Missing in Full Screen mode

URL: http://html5demos.com/video

Start playback
Right-click the clip, Full Screen

Once in Full Screen, the right-click context menu will no longer display.
It does in FF 45.

Also occurs on SeaMonkey 2.42 (Win10), although you can use Esc to get out of full screen.

This one works, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4T6oDIyDls (well perhaps with some trickery to get Full Screen [icon on player] to work at all - in SeaMonkey).
Fire 750, bring back 250.

SeaMonkey 2.39, Win7
When I open this in full screen and move the mouse a X will be displayed in the upper right corner to close the video.

I can confirm that after updating to SM 2.40 from SM 2.35 that YouTube is using HTML5 and my full screen was disabled. I had to change the full-screen-api.enabled setting on the about:config screen to true. However, as many people have pointed out, this still leaves you with the mini-location bar at the top of the screen which I haven't found a way of turning off. The only benefit I have noticed using HTML5 video on YouTube so far is that the videos buffer 2-3 times faster than they did before.

My sys specs:

Asus P6T Deluxe MB
Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
4GB DDR3 1600 (3GB visible to WinXP Home)
ATI Radeon HD 4870
Windows XP Home SP3 (x86 32-bit)
SeaMonkey v2.40 with Adobe Flash v21.0.0.182 (Advertise Firefox compatibility setting turned on)

My issue is not Full Screen, that does work.
(in OP URL, you access Full Screen from the context-menu.)

My issue is that there is no context-menu once you have put the video into Full Screen.
(And yes, the 'X' does appear, or a simple ESC will get you out of Full Screen.)
Fire 750, bring back 250.
