Did you try to use this addon? It works horrible. When I drag & drop search engines from one folder to another in "Search Engines" tab in "Setting" of this addon, they don't appear in the new folder until I click OK button and reopen Settings.

yes, i am using it and i had this bugs also at setup - nevertheless it works, but the context menu is overloaded - i hope for fix. the major problem for me is that the XUL menu is filled with javascript and i had not found the right code line.

you mean signed and that stuff? depends on Malte, if he makes his code public and for free to take.
if you want a signed version ask Endor here at the forum (also acting @ camp-firefox.de).

the magic number is 51 and you are probably part of it :p

Hi.
I asked the author of the above linked version about signing.
He told me that actually he not wants to sign this version, since he try s only to fix the Add-on.

I think the first ting to do is to clarify the situation with the original author Malte Kraus,
then he only holds all the rights. Yes I have signed for me this version of the Add-on but until
I got the OK from Malte I can not give it to someone else.
I will not infringe some existing rights or restrictions.
Cheers
