Sorry to bug you, but I use CTB on OSX (with the generous help of a couple of your Stylish scripts) in combination with CTR. I just tried to download the latest version (1.5). Since it doesn't update automatically, I generally have to download the file (sometimes with a different browser) since Mozilla's site seems to have done away with the "install anyway" option. Anyway, the "download anyway" link for CTB doesn't seem to work (no problem using "download anyway" for other extensions). Any idea why? And if Mozilla is simply blocking me from downloading a Windows-only extension, is the file located somewhere else that I can access?

Thanks.

Most likely Mozilla servers now try hard to block not supported platforms.

Here is the direct link:

With the new CTB 1.5.2 beta1 update (and CTR 1.5.4 beta11),
the back-forward buttons themes are not working.
It just ends up with whatever the main-icon-style gives it.

Thanks for notifying me about this.
Independent of CTR CTBs b/f buttons don't get changed in Firefox 45. Same css code (not related to any Fx version) however works fine on Fx 47+. I will upload a fixed beta soon.

Hi there Aris.
There is a minor graphical bug regarding drop-down menu buttons on navbar (bookmarks, greasemonkey etc).
I'm using "Activated (Big icons)" view option on Win10x64

When pressed those buttons lack regular border-radius: 2.5px.
I checked extensions files and managed to solve this issue by altering this string (just deleted one :not tag)
#nav-bar .toolbarbutton-1:not(#back-button):not(#forward-button):not(#ctraddon_back-button):not(#ctraddon_forward-button){border-radius: 2.5px !important;}.
It works, but I'm not shure if this is a cleanest fix.

Maybe You take an eye on this thing?

Could you run some tests without any other add-on installed?

- uninstall CTB
- restart Fx
- reinstall CTB

For me the border roundness is there, but you can also use CTBs setting to modify it.

Just tested on a clean profile (only CTB 1.5.2b3 installed).

The bug is there. Maybe my explanation wasnt precise enough.
By default the border radius is there.
But when you click on drop-down part of the button a square shadow-like box appears.
The easiest way to reproduce on bookmarks button.
Click on right part of a button and there she is...

I see.

Not the border radius is the issue, but the default 'active/open menu' effect on bookmarks menu button (it should not be present).
I will fix this on next build. CTB 1.5.2 however was already uploaded before your bug report, so the fix will only be available in CTB 1.5.3 beta 1+.

There is a problem with the back button,
If there is no page to go back to, it is still possible to click it.

It is just a minor glitch in CTB where the active button color is wrongly visible for CTR disabled movavle back button.
Thanks for reporting this, I will fix this on next build.

I just made the jump from FF43 (with tab groups) to FF48 (no more tab groups) and installed the Tab Groups 2.0.1 extension to compensate for the loss. CTB is working perfectly except for styling the new tab group button that is now part of the extension instead of part of FF itself. I use the Colored LAR Grizzly style (thank you so much for including that one!) showing a fun red/yellow/blue/green button, but the other styles aren't changing it either, and it's stuck being a grey/grey/grey/grey button.

Am I doing something wrong, or does CTB not currently change the style of the replacement tab group icon since FF45?

You are not doing anything wrong. CTBs icon settings only support default buttons and CTRs buttons by default.
Button support for other add-ons (if needed) has to be added manually.
I will add support for the main toolbar button added by 'Tab Groups 2.0.1 extension' on next update.
