Looks like an inoperative site hosted on another server. There was some server changes in 2005 and looks as if it used during a changeover to another server.

I suspect the reason you had to use savanna in the first place is that your dns was slow to update. forums.mz.org is the correct place to go.

Forums.mozillazine.org has always been in use.

There has been different changes over the earlier days. For example boards.mozillazine.org was a test or even temp board when forums.mozillazine.org was being upgrade.
