I just downloaded Mozilla and I am having a little bit of a problem. I keep getting pop up adds in Internet Explorer windows. I have tried everything I can think of including disableing it

Another good option: Ad-Aware.

Use it with Ad-aware. Remember to update exclusion lists/reference files often.
