Can't copy image in email body from Thunderbird to Word.

Hi,

I'd appreciate help:

As showed in this screencast, all the content of email body but images can be copied from Thunderbird to either Word or OneNote: https://goo.gl/HB1rs5
Even when I select just the image in Thunderbird, copy it and paste into Word, the image isn't transferred.
What is going wrong? How to copy image from email body and paste it into Word?

I don't have Word so I can't try to duplicate the problem. I can copy and paste a image from a Thunderbird HTML message to Wordpad, save it as a .docx file, and then open it using MS Word Viewer. It looks fine. I suggest you save the images as files and then import them in Word, rather than using the copy/paste buffer. You might also try copying/pasting them from Thunderbird into a image editor such as IrfanView. If they're displayed okay than do a fresh copy/paste from IrfanView to Word.

Have you tried right-clicking the image, selecting "copy image" and pasting into Word? That works for me.
