Automatic Proxy Addon?

Is there an addon that can automatically download updated lists of proxies from various sites instead of having to manually add a proxy? something that would be able to cyle through proxies or even pre-test speed and if they are up then cycle through them would be awesome.

I had found the "proxy list" addon meant to be used with proxylists.me but it got pretty bad ratings to the point that I don't think it was the right fit for me.

I have seen fox proxy but when I try it it seems that one has to manually put in each proxy every time which i would think is an unnecessary PITA considering all the proxy lists out there.
