cosmetic but annoying issue with 2.46

When a page was opened in all past Seamonkey versions and even some future ones - I've been using 2.48 pre-release for quite a while, visited links were immediately highlighted with the 'visited' colour. In 2.46 however when a page is opened visited links are shown as unvisited and then within a couple of seconds one by one change colour to 'visited'. Somehow I find this animation quite annoying - can anything be done here?

I have noticed it too. Likely because of internal changes in Gecko. Probably e10s related fixes and/or some functions where switched to async operation. Nothing can be done about it unless you want to debug it and are really familiar with the code. And even then it probably can't be fixed.
