Create 2nd calender with elected events from 1st

Post by Ordillio »

Is it possible to select a period (say 1 moth past to 1 year ahead), and put a COPY of that period into a second calendar?

I use Linux. Cannot locate the storage.sdb file! (weird). Perhaps one solution is to open such file in a text editor and to cut/past things?
Or go through the *.ics route?

Any suggestions?

The storage.sdb file has been replaced by the local.sqlite file in the calendar-data folder.

Thanks Morat,

However, no such file is present on my system ... (?)
Actually, you pointed me to an informative Mozilla web page. However, using Linux, I cannot locate those files in my system. I Thunderbird for Linux configured entirely different?

What to do ..

Is it a local or network calendar? I don't remember if a network calendar is only stored on a server.

Where is my Calendar file?

I'm using a local calendar. I have the storage.sdb file in the profile folder. And I have the local.sqlite file in the calendar-data folder in the profile folder.

The storage.sdb file is still maintained for compatibility in case you switch between different versions.
