Globally make addresses BCC

Post by cryptogram »

I want to send an email to a lot of people BCC. Can I make all addresses BCC quickly rather than individually?

BCC a mailing list. You can drag and drop contacts in an address book to add them to a mailing list.

Excellent. However, I want to put 70 addresses onto a BCC email. Presumably I'd need to get all those addresses into a mailing list and BCC that. But at the moment they only exist on my computer as the addressees on another email I've received. How do I get them into a mailing list easily rather than one by one?

I've noticed if you set one to BCC:, then you add a new one, the new ones will come in as BCC: also. So do it once, and that behavior continues forward (this message only, I think).

Not sure if you can set the program to ALWAYS default to BCC: mode.

Let us know how you make out.
