Videos stop reproducing after keyboard arrow action

Post by Pr0t0Creed »

I have find out my videos stop reproducing after use keyboard arrow to skip up to some part of it, it's stop until i move the mouse,
i also left it stopped to see if it back at some point and it does, but what is strange is that it make a weird noise on my headset and the sound stop work until i jump to some part again, also my mouse lights turn off for a second like it lose energy on it.
i've tried to desactivate my extensions and nothing, and i tried YT and dailymotion videos and both are with this problem
may the problem with the browser or my periphericals?

Moving to Firefox Support...

Try running in Firefox "Safe Mode".
> http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode
or... Help > Re-start with Addons disabled or hold down your Shift key as you click the Firefox short cut..
Do not check any boxes.
This is a fault finding mode.
NB: Be careful of the "Delete all bookmarks except for back-ups" option.

Don't add any extensions or themes until it's working O.K.
If Firefox is O.K. in Safe Mode then it's possibly an extension/theme...etc causing it.
Run Firefox in normal mode & disable them all. Re-start Firefox.
Enable each in turn, or by ½'s, re-starting Firefox each time, till the faulty extension is found.
Either update or un-install it.

See this incomplete list,
> http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problematic_extensions

When in Safe Mode...
* The status of plug-ins is not affected.
* Custom preferences are not affected.
* All extensions are disabled.
* The default theme is used, without a persona.
* userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored.
* The JIT/Javascript compiler is disabled.
* The default toolbar layout is used.
* Hardware acceleration is disabled.

tried safe mode and nothing, on my notebook it works perfectly
Start to thinking it must be the compatibily with some of my periphericals,
oh and and just now i've realize the problem also happens with the mouse when jumping to some point,
it's look like if i don't move my mouse it doesn't start

disable it and it running smooth, but now i want to know if there's fix for it,
neither of these options workef: low Mhz level, switch to stereo, uncheck exclusivity option,
remove driver, or reinstall

Thanks for the feedback, but seeing it's down to your head set, see if the manufacturer has a Help page on his web site.
Way off base in the Firefox Support forum.
