No hang here on m-c tinderbox win32 build - video did stop at 2:50 and was just spinning a loading circle. I advanced a couple seconds ahead and video finished out.
During playback I jumped several times forward and back no issues.

@streetwolf - that cset has not made into m-c yet, the build that contains that patch is on m-c but there are not useable builds running on m-c tree... Looks to me like merge failed to build any windows stuff, and maybe Mac & Linux
