This is likely a problem with failing MP4 support in the Windows OS.
With 'media.mp4.enabled' set to 'true' the website will try to use the HTML5 media player and fails for some reason.
With 'media.mp4.enabled' set to 'false' the website may try to fallback to the Shockwave Flash plugin and apparently this works in your case.

'media.mp4.enabled' set to 'false' plays the video:

However, the above change creates problems with some Facebook videos.

What a mess, indeed.

I found this thread after I noticed that Firefox 64bit didn't want play streams at https://www.foxsportsgo.com/ which do use the Flash player. Works fine in Firefox 32bit. FF 52.0.1 and Flash 25.0.0.127. I'm using Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I'll do more diagnosing after the race is over.

Anyway, v58 Beta 5 fixed the problem.
