I installed a new firefox in a folder, with the regular installer, is that portable?
also why I cannot open two firefox installations?

No. It's not the Portable version.

definition of portable is to be able to move the folder to other places in my laptop and it will still work

(For the most part) your Profile folder can be anywhere you want it (& also named as you wish).
All you need to do is to tell SeaMonkey where it is - in some fashion or another.

Can be done by pointing to the wanted location in Profile Manager or by using the -profile command line switch.
