When I try to access All 4 (UK Channel 4 on demand service) I can get as far as the log in screen. What I cannot do is enter my user name or password as keyboard entry is not recognised. The black line to the left is not present either.
I have had to use Vivaldi or Opera to watch Channel 4 programmes - keyboard entries are accepted here.
Recently installed Firefox 64 bit version (alongside 32 bit) but no improvement.
Anybody else have this trouble?

Did you install the 64bit version to use the same profile as the 32bit or a new profile.
