If you have lots of tabs opened, it turns into an endless scrolling.
Why not make them like they are on Microsoft Edge on Mobile?
This looks so much more compact and efficient.

Firefox for Android - Tabs
I can't understand why are tabs on Firefox for Android laid out in the list format? You can only see 3-3.5 tabs at a time.
If you have lots of tabs opened, it turns into an endless scrolling.
Why not make them like they are on Microsoft Edge on Mobile?
This looks so much more compact and efficient.

Nightly has a gridded tab view with two columns in portrait mode which can be turned off and on via the settings - unless I'm mistaken it's coming with Firefox 53, i.e. the upcoming next version.
