What is build3 of 53.0rc?

They are not releasing updates until tomorrow.

Bug 1329294 appears to be blocking the release.

Use 53.0rc build1 at your own risk.

It seems to be test changes only. No actual code landed after all I posted in the last thread. https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-release/

seems like Build3 of RC1 of the 64bit one is smaller? i think i saw them backout some stuff https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox ... es/build3/

IMO its best to link to Build3 Josa, not build1

just wondered, how efficient will these threads be once 57 is released? my guess people/users will stop using Firefox once 57 is released

Received the update from 53.0b10 to 53.0rc this morning.

Just updated my Nightly and the Notification changed. Instead of a window that blocked all content, it was a door hanger from the Menu Button. I did not see any download progress, so don't know how big the update was. I don't think I'm going to like that.

I think you are looking from Black point of view. Have a balanced approach, there will be an echo in the community, let's wait and see if it will have that ripple effect you are chanting about.

Quirky but smooth. I doubt they're going to use it though. Its too eclectic.
